Join us for our next Power Hour on September 24 from 8:30-9:30 am at Our Place, located at 1401 S. Hwy 160. What’s on the agenda? Your Chamber recently conducted three small Business Leaders Roundtables at the request of state and federal elected officials. The purpose of those roundtables was to help our elected officials understand key issues and areas of concern which impact everyday business in our community and with their help identify possible resources for assistance, as well as work together towards creating a more diverse, competitive and successful business community in Nevada. It was an open exchange of ideas on how to make our communities even more pro-business, offer areas for improvement, and share your business experiences and ask questions.

As we enter into an election year and begin to prepare the coming years strategic and government affairs goals it is very important that all of you be provided with an opportunity to contribute to that dialogue to assist us in fine tuning our action plan. So our next Power Hour will feature a panel discussion led by key leaders and featuring you and your business. We want to hear what you'd like your Chamber to focus on and what issues you'd like us to convey to your elected officials. Please bring your ideas—we value your input!
