Join us for coffee and pastries at the Chamber's monthly Power Hour on July 30th at 8:30 a.m., at Our Place, 1401 NV-160, Pahrump. This month’s Power Hour will feature a roundtable discussion led by a panel of experts regarding young family homes/apartments...filling a niche and need in the valley which links directly to economic development efforts and being able to provide livable smaller homes that a younger growing workforce might need and can afford to buy or rent. Taking into consideration the nuances and challenges we have faced in the valley to make that happen, whether local zoning, or state laws, etc.
